Re: Weekly Song Discussion: Pigs (Three Different Ones)
Hey look, the fifth best song from Animals!
"And if I show you my dark side, will you still hold me tonight?"

Hey look, 1,000,001 is larger than 1,000,000!
Fantastic groove built around my two favorite chords, with some killer bass work (played by David, right?) and great vocals from Roger (here's an instance where intent and character wins out over melody in my book). Great song, wouldn't want to be without it.

Animals is, on the whole, a very under-appreciated album, and "Pigs" is far from being the worst song on there. David's solo at the end is great!

Re: Weekly Song Discussion: < tbd >
If I had to rank the five songs, it would be like this:
1. Dogs
2. Sheep
3. Pigs on the Wing 1
4. Pigs on the Wing 2
5. Pigs (Three Different Ones)
The intro is pretty cool with the grunty sounds, the PEW sound effect, and the organ arpeggios, and the closing solo is killer, but everything in between is just so unevolving compared to the rest of the album, and I honestly find that the talk box was put to better use on "Keep Talking" than it was here.
